"I couldn't have asked for a better realtor. I was in the unfortunate position of both a divorce and the need to list a property for short sale. I came to Mike with an absolute mess, and he was able to expertly work through the weeds between two separate lenders, all while also working with my ex's realtor. He was in constant communication with the banks, coordinating a complex short sale when the original loan was non-traditional. We were able to sell the property and Mike is the only reason behind that. He is by far the most dedicated realtor I've ever had. "I listed a rental house for sale with Mike, he actually got the tenant packed up and relocated to the South Bay within a week, brought a cleaning crew in to cleanup the property after years of being rented. He got it listed 100k over what the other realtor I was interviewing suggested and sold within a few days for over asking price. All this while I was in Italy enjoying an extended vacation. So he got the tenant moved, got it cleaned up, got it listed, got it sold and closed while I was in Italy. He also dealt with an out of state 1031 exchange to the new property. I highly recommend Mike White for your property sales needs."
